St. John the Apostle Catholic School is part of the Diocese of Richmond, Virginia. In this Christ-centered learning environment, students are taught Christian values, stewardship, and the sacraments of the Church.
Teachers and students begin each day with a morning prayer, announcements are made, and the entire school recites the Pledge of Allegiance. What a great way to start our day!!!!
Second grade students prepare and receive Reconciliation and First Communion during their school year.
Once a week, students in Kindergarten through 8th grade come together to celebrate Mass at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church. Grades Kindergarten through 2nd grade sit with their “prayer partners”. Each week the middle school students take turns with readings and altar serving.
