Greg and his wife Jan have been married for 35 yrs and both retired from the U.S. Navy; Greg (30 yrs) / Jan (20 yrs) and Navy College Office as Education Services Counselors and have been active members of St. John the Apostle (SJA) Catholic Church since 2012 and regularly attend Daily/Sunday 07:30 Masses. 

Greg has been a ‘cradle Catholic’ and answered the “Call to Serve” and has immersed himself in several ministries; including Parish Pastoral Council as Chairperson, Deputy Grand Knight of our Parish Council (13467), Eucharistic Minister, Lector, Altar Guild, Funeral Ministry, Meals on Wheels, Men of St. Joseph, Welcome/CHRP (23&24) alumni, and Rosary at the Grotto.  

Actively supports Rosary at the Grotto, Poor Clares Monastery projects, Thursday Theologica, Parish Breakfast, World Wide Marriage Encounter as Prayer Couple sponsor, Parish Hall Capital Campaign and other SJA ministries as needed.

Greg holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) Degree from Troy University and a B.S. in Vocational Education Studies Degree from Southern Illinois University @ Carbondale.

Greg & Jan reside in Lago Mar subdivision of Virginia Beach and enjoy traveling, landscaping, reading, golfing and Notre Dame football games.
