Jesus said to them, 'I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me will never hunger, and whoever believes in me will never thirst.'" ~ John 6:35
On Sundays and other holy days of obligation, the faithful are obliged to participate in Mass. In so far as possible they are also to abstain from those works and affairs which hinder the worship to be rendered to God, the joy proper to the Lord's day, or the suitable relaxation of mind and body. (Canon 1247) At their November 1991 meeting, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops decided that whenever January 1, the Solemnity of Mary Mother of God, or August 15, the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin, or November 1, the Feast of All Saints, falls on a Saturday or a Monday, the obligation to attend Mass is lifted.
All Sundays of the year

The Ascension of Our Lord - 40 days after Easter
The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary - August 15
All Saint's Day - November 1
The Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary - December 8

Nursery is available during the 9:15 am and 11:00am Masses for children ages 9 months to 3 years and is located in the St. John's School Building. Once your child has turned four, they have aged-out of the Nursery.
Our quailified, screened and experienced caregivers are here to provide age appropriate care and to interact with your children in a loving manner.
· Drop offs are accepted 15 minutes before Mass.
· Please pick up within 15 minutes after Mass.
· Due to allergies, children are not allowed to consume any food or drink in the Nursery.
· Nursery staff are not permitted to change diapers. For children who are potty trained, there is a toilet.
· If your child is sick, please don't put them in the Nursery! Germs spread fast and we don't want other little ones to become ill.
