For “by the sacrament of Confirmation, the baptized are more perfectly bound to the Church and are enriched with a special strength of the Holy Spirit. Hence they are, as true witnesses of Christ, more strictly obliged to spread and defend the faith by word and deed.” CCC 1285"
Please Note: SJA teens interested in Confirmation Preparation, regardless of which High School they attend (public, private, homeschool or CHS) should register at St. John's.

Must be at least 16 years old.
Must be a fully initiated Catholic and have received the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Holy Eucharist.
Must practice the faith (go to Mass every Sunday, receive Reconciliation at least once per year, pray daily etc.)
Must be married in the Catholic Church OR single and living a chaste life.
submit the Confirmation Sponsor Attestation Form (responsibility of the sponsor to complete)
to attend the Confirmation rehearsal and Confirmation liturgy (dates to be decided)
to live a strong example of the faith for their candidate
Registration is open for 2022-2023.
